In this issue of The Delta, we spotlight compelling stories that embody our commitment to "Excelling with Honor" within our brotherhood and beyond. From brothers leading with distinction in their careers and communities to reflections on how our core values shape our everyday decisions, we aim to inspire by illustrating the profound impact our brothers make in living by the principles of Love, Honor, and Truth. 

As you explore this issue, we hope you are moved by the remarkable achievements of the Legion of Honor and its members. Our cover feature presents Brother Carl Thoma (Oklahoma State), a humble leader whose unwavering perseverance and commitment to our principles have made him a pioneer in the private equity world. You'll also hear from brother and renowned Chef Willie Holmes (Stephen F. Austin State), who shares his collegiate experiences and passion for giving back to his culinary community in Houston. Learn about the recently launched Lexington Leadership Institute, fulfilling a decade-long vision of bringing a new leadership development experience back to the Fraternity's birthplace. Brother Brandon Saho (West Virginia) shares his journey of finding his voice and using it to raise awareness about mental health.
