LEAD Awards recognize the chapters and individuals that have exhibited excellence in their utilization of an individual phase of the program, innovation in their adaptation and expansion of parts of the program as it is implemented into their unique circumstance, individual alumnus and collegiate facilitators who have demonstrated an extraordinary contribution to the brotherhood through their facilitation of the program, LEAD Chairmen and committees that have implemented an outstanding program for their local membership, and the chapter(s) that best represents an ideal application of the program at the collegiate level.

Most Improved Chapter Awards
The Most Improved Chapter Awards recognize those collegiate chapters that have displayed the greatest operational gains over the biennium. Qualifying chapters have shown significant improvement in their Pursuit of Excellence Program ratings from the first to the second year of the biennium. Should these chapters maintain performance at their current levels, they are expected to rise to the level of Rock Chapter in the subsequent biennium.
