Departures from the Staff Team
Pat Goodrick
This past summer, long-time Headquarters receptionist Pat Goodrick retired after 36 years of service to the General Fraternity. Pat’s tenure with the General Fraternity began in 1982 and since then she has been the first voice hundreds of thousands have heard whenever they have called Headquarters, greeted with the friendly and familiar, “Pat speaking.” This tradition never wavered, to the point that the phrase became Pat’s nickname among her coworkers.
Her service to the Fraternity over the years wasn’t limited to answering the phone. For 36 years, Pat’s smiling face was the first to greet visitors at Headquarters and her familiarity with the history of the Headquarters property, and those who had walked its halls, was outstanding. Pat’s retirement will allow her to spend more time with her family and the Fraternity is forever indebted to her years of service, professionalism, and unrivaled wit.
Jonah MacKay
Expansion and Recruitment Consultant Jonah McKay concluded his two-year tenure with the General Fraternity staff in March of 2019.
During his time on staff, Jonah served as a Leadership Consultant consulting the Northeast Region for one year before transitioning to his role with Expansion and Recruitment. As an Expansion and Recruitment Consultant, Jonah oversaw the Fraternity’s expansion project at Emory University.
Following his departure, Jonah accepted a position as a Sales Development Representative for Cvent.
