College of Chapters 2016 Photo Essay: Day Three
Features
1) Six Core Sessions throughout College of Chapters brought together several smaller Chapter Groups to go over core competencies for the Commander position.
2) Director of Risk Reduction Fred Dobry (Indiana State) facilitates a Core Session on Chapter Rosters and Finances.
3) Leadership Consultant Shekhar Hazarika (South Florida) and Associate Director of Risk Reduction Tyler Richter (South Florida) facilitate a Core Session on Accountability.
4) The beautiful Hotel Roanoke hosted over 200 collegiates and alumni over the course of College of Chapters.
5) Regent Joe Francis (Oklahoma State) was one of several alumni and collegiates invited to record a special message during College of Chapters.
6) Bill Courtney (Mississippi) met with several attendees during a breakout session to answer questions and share his insight on ethical leadership.
7) Bill Courtney (Mississippi) presents the final keynote lecture of College of Chapters.
8) A key piece of the College of Chapters curriculum included small Chapter Groups led by alumni volunteers and Headquarters staff. These Chapter Groups brought together chapters of comparable size and geographic location and provided an opportunity for attendees to network, share ideas, and discuss in detail the Core Session content.
9) By the end of College of Chapters each attendee had created the framework of a Strategic Plan including a vision for his leadership term.
10) Attendees record their Strategic Plans on large posters to take back to their chapters and guide their efforts for the 2016 calendar year.
