Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. employs a phenomenal staff who work directly with our collegiate chapters. Each consultant brings exceptional experience, a set of skills, and passion for his work. Chaysen Babcock (Northern Arizona)

Chaysen Babcock Headshot

Chaysen joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2023. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in May 2023 with a degree in Public Health.

During his time in the Eta Iota Chapter, he served as Lt. Commander and Social Chairman, as well as on several committees. In addition, he led various community service outings for fraternity and community members.

Chaysen was born and raised in Anza, Calif. His interests include sports, exercise, video games, hiking, and cliff jumping. After his time on staff, Chaysen plans to enroll in nursing school with a specialty in anesthesia.

Chaysen will be consulting the Epsilon Omicron, Epsilon Pi, Kappa Gamma, Kappa Rho, and Lambda Chi chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Tucker Barco (Virginia Wesleyan)

Tucker joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2024. He graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University in May 2023 with a degree in Theatre.  

As a member of the Iota Beta Chapter, Tucker held multiple leadership roles, including Commander, Social Chairman, and IFC Chairman, in addition to service on several committees. Outside of the Fraternity, Tucker worked and volunteered with Virginia Wesleyan’s Theatre Department, working both with set construction and lighting design for musicals like SpongeBob and Cabaret. 

Tucker’s hobbies include playing volleyball, watching sports, fishing, and playing board games.

Tucker will be consulting the Beta Alpha, Beta Beta, Beta Iota, Beta Rho, Delta Alpha, Delta Beta, Delta Gamma, Delta Kappa, Delta Phi, Delta Sigma, Epsilon Theta, Eta Pi, Gamma Delta, Gamma Theta, Iota Delta, Iota Sigma, Kappa Delta, Kappa Lambda, Kappa Zeta, Lambda Eta, Mu Chi, Mu Iota, Mu Phi, Mu Pi, Theta Nu, Zeta Gamma, and Zeta Sigma chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Reagan Basil (Furman)

A native of Galloway, New Jersey, Reagan joined the General Fraternity Staff in June of 2022. He graduated from Furman University in May of 2022 with a degree in Communication Studies.

During his tenure with the Kappa Chi Chapter, Reagan held several leadership roles, including Treasurer, Community Service & Philanthropy Chairman, Homecoming Chairman, Formal Chairman, and Wellness Committee Chairman, a chapter-specific program designed to help brothers reach physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Outside of his fraternal experience, Reagan was a four-year student manager of the Furman Men’s basketball team, including the team’s first-ever game as a top 25-ranked team in December of 2018.

Reagan’s hobbies include playing golf, watching sports and movies, and playing card games. His favorite sports teams include the New York Giants, Mets, Knicks, and New Jersey Devils. After his time on staff, Reagan intends to pursue a career in sports marketing and development.

Reagan will be consulting the Beta Omicron, Beta Tau, Epsilon Chi, Epsilon Eta, Epsilon Rho, Eta Beta, Eta Epsilon, Eta Mu(A), Eta Omicron, Eta Rho, Gamma, Gamma Gamma, Gamma Iota, Gamma Nu, Gamma Omicron, Gamma Pi, Kappa Epsilon, Mu Eta, Nu Epsilon, Psi, Rho, Sigma, Theta Theta, and Zeta Theta chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Kevin Egan (Missouri)

Kevin joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2024. He graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2024 with a degree in Finance and Banking.  

During his time at Rho Chapter, he served in many positions, including Recruitment Chairman, Philanthropy Chairman, and LEAD Chairman, during which he was selected as Sigma Nu Fraternity’s 2022 LEAD Chairman of the Year. He was also the Co-Founder of the Mizzou Pickleball Association and served multiple different positions on the University of Missouri's Interfraternity Council.  

Kevin was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. His interests include pickleball, trivia, and history. After his time on staff, Kevin plans to move back to Kansas City and work in construction management. 

Kevin will be consulting the Beta Theta, Delta, Delta Mu, Epsilon Beta, Epsilon Zeta, Eta, Gamma Alpha, Gamma Xi, Iota, Iota Gamma, Iota Lambda, Iota Pi, Iota Rho, Kappa, Kappa Chi, Kappa Theta, Mu, Mu Beta, Mu Kappa, Mu Xi, Nu Beta, Theta, Theta Gamma, Theta Kappa, Theta Pi, Theta Sigma, Theta Zeta chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Noah Frank (Purdue)

Noah joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2024. He graduated from Purdue University in May 2024 with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.  

During his time in the Beta Zeta Chapter, Noah served as Commander, LEAD Chairman, Chaplain, and Steward. He also assisted during the chapter’s home renovation project, including involvement in floor plans, construction updates, and furniture selections. On campus, Noah served in a variety of leadership roles, including as a tour guide for Purdue Admissions, as a new student leader, and as president of student staff for orientation programs. 

Noah grew up in a military-connected family and has lived throughout the United States. His hobbies include studying early U.S. history, watching any type of sporting event from baseball and football to NASCAR, and tackling the closest nature trail. After his time on staff, Noah intends to pursue a career in operations management for a large arena or convention center.

Noah will be consulting the Delta Eta, Epsilon Kappa, Eta Theta, Gamma Tau, and Lambda Delta chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Ricardo Guevara (Central Arkansas)

Ricardo joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2023. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2023 with a degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Services Administration. 

During his time in the Lambda Phi Chapter, Ricardo served as Commander, Social Chairman, and on several committees. On campus, Ricardo served as President of the Latino Student Association, Resident Assistant for UCA Housing and Residence Life, UCA campus Ambassador, and as a senior class representative on the Student Government Association. Ricardo was also named a member of the 2022 Homecoming court his senior year. Ricardo was awarded the 2022 Student Organization President of the Year, the 2023 Greek Man of the Year, and a UCA CLAWS award. 

Ricardo grew up in Van Buren, Arkansas, and has a passion for traveling, going on hikes with friends, and listening to music. In the future, he plans to pursue a master’s degree in Health Services Administration and serve in children's hospitals to help build health initiatives for underserved communities. 

Ricardo will be consulting the Beta Chi, Beta Psi, Delta Iota, Delta Omicron, Delta Tau, Epsilon Alpha, Eta Delta, Eta Iota, Eta Phi, Eta Tau, Gamma Chi, Gamma Phi, Gamma Zeta, Kappa Pi, Lambda Omicron, Lambda Upsilon, Theta Lambda, Zeta Chi, Zeta Iota, Zeta Kappa, Zeta Nu, Zeta Pi, Zeta Psi, Zeta Upsilon, and Zeta Psi chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Matthew Hylton (DePauw)

Matthew joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2022. He graduated from DePauw University in May 2022 with a degree in English creative writing. Matthew currently serves the General Fraternity as an Associate Director of Risk Reduction.

During his time in the Beta Beta Chapter, he served as Lt. Commander, Sentinel, Social Chairman, Community Service & Philanthropy Chairman, and LEAD Chairman. He also graduated as a Bonner Scholar and served on the executive board of the DePauw Gaming Club for over two years. 

Matthew is from Indianapolis, Ind. He is a musician, gamer, and science fiction/horror fan. His instruments of choice are guitar, bass guitar, and percussion. After his time on staff, Matthew plans to pursue a career in performance and music recording and open a family-owned music venue/bar. 

Matthew will be consulting the Beta Eta, Beta Upsilon, Beta Zeta, Epsilon Mu, Gamma Mu, Lambda Gamma, and Theta Rho chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Ryan Perry (Southern Mississippi)

Ryan joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2021. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in May 2021 with a degree in print journalism. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Associate Director of Chapter Services. 

While a member of the Theta Gamma Chapter, Ryan served as Lt. Commander, Recorder, Scholarship Chairman, Historian, and Assistant Treasurer. During his collegiate career, he also served as a member of the Southern Style Orientation Team, Outreach Chairman for the Student Senate Executive Council, Director of Fundraising for EagleTHON, and was a Discovery Scholar for the Honors College. 

Ryan is originally from Flowood, Mississippi, a suburb in the Jackson-Metro area. He’s an avid comic, movie, and professional wrestling fan, and can be found writing about such topics at Adventures in Poor Taste. 

Ryan will be consulting the Delta Rho, Epsilon Delta, Epsilon Lambda, Epsilon Sigma, Epsilon Xi, Eta Nu, Eta Zeta, Gamma Eta, Gamma Kappa, Mu Rho, Nu, and Phi chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Anthony Tornini (Central Oklahoma)

Anthony Tornini joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2019. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Associate Director of Chapter Finance.

During his time in the Mu Tau Chapter, Anthony served as Lt. Commander, Treasurer, LEAD Chairman, Recruitment Chairman, House Manager, and Homecoming Chairman. He also served on his chapter’s judicial board and the IFC judicial board. He was recognized by his chapter with the Most Active Member and Officer of the Year awards. Outside of the Fraternity, Anthony interned as a development and education intern with the YMCA of Oklahoma City and was also recognized for his leadership by the University of Central Oklahoma. 

Anthony is originally from Houston, Texas, but has lived most of his life in Edmond, Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys attending car shows and going to the shooting range. 

 Anthony will be consulting the Delta Epsilon, Epsilon Epsilon, Mu Tau, and Zeta Lambda chatpers in the Fall of 2024.

Austin Lloyd (Arkansas-Fort Smith)

Austin Lloyd joined the General Fraternity in June 2019. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Director of Chapter Services.

During his time in the Nu Alpha Chapter he served as Recorder, Marshal, and Recruitment Chairman, as well as serving on numerous other committees. Outside of Sigma Nu, he was a two-term President of the Student Government Association, New Greek Member of the Year, and Greek Man of the Year. He also served as a Resident Assistant and as the Alcohol and Drugs Awareness Chair for his university’s peer education program. 

Austin is originally from Pearland, Texas, a suburb in the Houston area. He enjoys traveling, watching a variety of sports, and spending time outdoors. 

 Austin will be consulting the Delta Theta, Gamma Beta, Gamma Upsilon, Lambda Phi, Mu Upsilon, Nu Alpha, Theta Eta, and Zeta Phi chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Hayden Pilcher (Northwestern State)

Hayden Pilcher joined the General Fraternity staff in June 2020. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Director of Advancement.

During his time in the Mu Rho chapter at NSU, Hayden served as Lt. Commander, Recorder, and Recruitment Chairman. On campus, Hayden served as a Freshman Orientation Staff Leader and as a member of the Student Government Association. Hayden was also named a member of the 2018 Homecoming Court his junior year. 

Hayden was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and enjoys playing sports with friends, working out, and making music. He is a diehard Dallas Cowboys, LSU Tigers, and LeBron James fan. 

Hayden will be consulting the Iota Theta, Lambda Epsilon, and Zeta Omicron chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Michael Lay (Arkansas-Fort Smith)

 Michael Lay joined the General Fraternity in June 2020. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Associate Director of Risk Reduction.

 During his time in the Nu Alpha Chapter he served as Lt. Commander, Chaplain, LEAD Chairman, and Community Service and Philanthropy Chairman, as well   as serving on numerous committees. He also served on the IFC for three years, including a term as Vice Chairman. Outside of the fraternity he was heavily involved in Student Government. 

 Michael is originally from Pottsville, Arkansas. In his free time, he loves fishing, watching sports, and anything that has to do with the water – boating, floating, and the like. 

 Michael will be consulting the Beta, Eta Chi, Iota Beta, and Theta Xi chapters in the Fall of 2024.

Tyler Richter (South Florida)

Tyler joined the General Fraternity staff in January 2014. He currently serves the General Fraternity as the Director of Risk Reduction.

During his tenure with the Theta Alpha chapter, Tyler held numerous positions including Commander, Lt. Commander, Recruitment Chairman, and Philanthropy Chairman. He was also involved on campus with Inter-Fraternity Council, the Fraternal Values Society, Up ‘til Dawn, Toastmasters, as well as volunteering in the Office of Admissions providing campus tours to prospective students.  

Originally, from Titusville, Florida, Tyler enjoys spending his free time watching and playing sports, especially tennis. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, and reading. 

Tyler will be consulting the Theta Alpha chapter in the Fall of 2024.
