Memorial Flag Pavilion
On September 25, 2004, the Sigma Nu Educational Foundation Board of Directors, Staff, friends, and family gathered to dedicate the opening of the Memorial Flag Pavilion and Phase Two of the Pathway of Honor. The Memorial serves as a fitting and lasting tribute to honor all Canadian and American Sigma Nu Servicemen who have done so much for so many. Phase Two of the Pathway of Honor leads visitors from the front of the Headquarters building to the Memorial.
The pathway has two sections. The first is for our Veterans. Bricks purchased by, or for veterans will be placed in the pathway by branch of service, including civil service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, etc.) The second section is for those non-veteran contributors (including undergraduates and alumni chapters) to the Memorial.
The Memorial Flag Pavilion was renamed the Robert L. Marchman III Memorial Flag Pavilion in 2013 in honor of Brother Marchman (Emory) who instrumental in the creation of the flag pavilion.
