Joe B.Francis

Joe is currently the President and Managing Shareholder of Kivell, Rayment, and Francis law firm, a firm specializing in real estate and business law located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell and is a frequent panelist and lecturer in the areas of mortgage banking law and real estate transactions.
Joe graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1982. While at Oklahoma State, Joe was the President of Oklahoma 4-H, President of Blue Key, and was a Top Ten Graduating Senior, along with being named OSU’s Outstanding Greek Man in 1978.
He is a 1975 initiate of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter and was inducted as an Alpha Affiliate in 1978. He served on the staff of Sigma Nu Headquarters as a Regional Consultant and then returned to the Epsilon Epsilon chapter as both Chairman of the Advisory Board and President of the House Corporation Board for many years. He then served as a Division Commander before serving as an Advisor to the High Council, as a two-term Vice Regent, Regent-Elect, and was the Regent of Sigma Nu from 2014-2016.
Joe has been married to Vickey Francis (Chi Omega) for 36 years and they have two daughters Libby (Chi Omega) and Meri Grace (Kappa Alpha Theta) and two future Sigma Nu grandsons, Luke and Brooks. Joe is an active member of Cornerstone Church and has served as President of the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation, President of the Metro Christian Academy Foundation, and on the board of The Little Lighthouse, a school for physically challenged children in Tulsa. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, travel and OSU and TU sporting events
