Zoom Premium Account Access
To help support chapters and alumni entities needing a virtual meeting platform to continue operations, the Fraternity has acquired a limited number of licenses to the Zoom premium account. The premium account version of Zoom has no meeting time limit, can allow up to 300 participants, and can record meetings, among other features. Note, effective August 31, 2021, the General Fraternity will no longer offer Zoom premium account licenses.
Chapters and alumni entities interested in acquiring one of the Fraternity's licenses must submit a request using the below form. Once a request is received, a General Fraternity staff member will be in touch to confirm whether your request was approved and if so, provide instructions for setting up your Zoom account. Note, the email address you provide in the below form must be the one used to create your Zoom account. Only one license will be granted per chapter and alumni entity.
In setting up your Zoom meetings, please consider the FBI warning and Zoom guidance on preventing uninvited intrusions into online meetings. The Fraternity has set the default security settings to align with security protocol advised by the FBI and Zoom.
