What is Principles-Based Growth?
Principles-Based Growth takes a holistic approach to recruitment, offering more than just theory. As our founders did in 1869, when Sigma Nu at VMI grew from 3 to 51 members in one academic year, chapters must continually attract the best and brightest. Today, this means finding men who not only reflect the fundamental principles of love, honor, and truth but also possess the potential to lead and grow Sigma Nu into the future.
Recruitment is tough. With growing competition, it can be difficult to attract future leaders to Sigma Nu. But one thing remains true: chapters that excel in recruiting are best positioned to become great chapters.
