Alumni & Volunteers
HC1 - The chapter has its own Walk of Honor on the chapter house property. Alumni can purchase commemorative bricks, like the Pathway of Honor, on the Headquarters grounds, and all proceeds benefit the chapter.
HC2 - The chapter has a Hall of Honor in the chapter house displaying commemorative plaques that recognize alumni donors.
HC3 - The chapter utilizes a House Director with two (2) House Managers as assistants. The House Director is responsible for proactively identifying areas in the chapter house that need improvement while the house managers organize and enforce cleaning schedules.
HC4 - The chapter has a bylaw that requires all second-year members to live in the chapter house for one full year. This ensures the house is always full.
HC5 - The chapter has implemented a Chapter House Damages Contract/Committee to deal with house damages and hold members and alumni accountable for any damages they may cause.
HC6 - The House Corporation has a property manager hired to oversee the chapter house and conduct all necessary maintenance. The property manager ensures the house is up to all local fire and building codes/ordinances. The House Corporation is billed directly for all services. This practice has helped the chapter keep the facility clean, well maintained, and safe for all members and guests.
