FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 22, 2014
Lexington, Va. – Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. is pleased to announce the colonization of a new chapter at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga during the spring of 2015. The Fraternity is eager to begin working with administrators, alumni and students to establish a positive presence on campus for years to come.
Sigma Nu is committed to its founding principles of Love, Honor and Truth, and has stood in firm opposition to hazing since our founding in 1869 at the Virginia Military Institute. The Fraternity is establishing the chapter in pursuit of our vision – Excelling with Honor.
As a part of this process, Sigma Nu will be offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to a select group of exceptional men to build a Sigma Nu chapter at UTC. Collectively, these men will define what fraternity means for them and create the positive traditions that will last for years to come.
We are looking for outstanding men who want to get involved on campus, gain valuable leadership skills, develop themselves personally and professionally, create meaningful and lifelong relationships and get the most out of their collegiate experience.
A Sigma Nu staff member will be arriving on campus in January 2015 to oversee the colonization effort. For more information about Sigma Nu or the colonization, please visit http://www.utcsigmanu.com/home or contact the following Sigma Nu staff member:
